- Community appreciation requests: submitted amounts and any optional verification note you provide.
- Support contributions: if you include an email address in the contribution description, it is used solely to match your account for support administration.
- No official emails: accounts are username-based and do not require official email addresses. Contact us in discord for activation.
Why we use it
- To operate the game and provide core features.
- To review discretionary community appreciation requests.
- To administer optional support acknowledgements when requested.
- To prevent abuse, fraud, and automated activity.

- Legitimate interests: running and securing the game.
- Consent: when you voluntarily provide an email or optional verification note.
Security
All stored data is encrypted at rest and encrypted in transit when accessed through the platform.
Data sharing
Contribution processing is handled by Revolut under their own privacy policy. Heroes of Bulga does not store or process your card details.
Retention
Data is kept only as long as needed to operate the game, enforce rules, and satisfy legal or operational requirements. You may request deletion as described below.
